We at michaelsitcorner LLC aim to ensure your satisfaction with every tech equipment purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within a two-week (14 day) window from the date of purchase.

Making a Repair Request:

One of our representative will diagnose your controller issue and guide you through the next steps. If there is extensive damage or wear and tear to the controller, the item will be refused for return. The customer is also responsible for any return delivery charges and any loss or damage to the controller.
- Laptop/Desktop Repair: Email us at computersupport@michaelsitcorner.com with your name and order number. One of our representatives will be in contact with your shortly afterwards to guide you thorough the next steps.
